Peter Zimmer was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York. Peter has owned and operated successful restaurants in Cincinnati for the past 24 years. He has made Alabama his new home, along with his beautiful wife, Lynn, his two children, Ashlyn and Jacob, and his grandson, Dominic (Nico).
